Max Daly | Age 5 (but wishes he was 6)

I often feel bad that I don't take many photos of Maxie but he is not a huge fan of the camera.  I have 1000s of Harper so when I get that perfect photo, it makes me happy.  Especially one that captures his awesome smile.

We had to pick up my mum from the airport and were running a little early, so what do you do?  Find the nearest ally and take some photos!  These were with my new iPhone 6 Plus but I wish I had my good camera.  Max was actually letting me take photos and I love how they turned out.  I think part of the reason was because he loves that shirt - he thinks it hilarious there's a mustache riding a bike LOL

5 things about Max Daly
(this is what he is called most of the time, not just Max but Max Daly for some reason lol)

1.  You are currently learning about the solar system at school but you are just loving it.  As soon as you get in the car, you are quizzing us on everything to do with  planets.

2.  We have enrolled you in a new school as you are doing a 'refresher' in Prep.  I know you will be brave and can handle the challenge.

3.  Your favourite thing at the moment is red iceblocks.  You could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner - if you were allowed

4.  You ask me everyday if we can go to movieworld.  Literally every.single.day.

5.  You are an awesome son & big brother to Harps.  We love you so much and make us prouder  more and more each day.

Project Life ~ Week 1 ~ January 1-8

I know I am a bit behind but I really want to keep track of the whole Project Life Journey.  I am really really enjoying it so far - even hubby has been impressed.  It haven't been getting as behind as I thought I would because I like it so much.  Even if its 15 mins

Im still waiting for my black binder which is making things a little harder but I cant wait until it arrives and I can put it all together.

This week is pretty photo heavy but I am pretty photo obsessed :)  The week was quite chilled after such a busy Christmas and I think I felt a little intimidated starting my first week.   I have never actually "scrapbooked" before as I always digi scrapped but I was really happy with how my first week turned out.

Heres a closer look:

Was a quiet week but we went to Rockpool for Miss Bella's Birthday.  Maxie had a ball swimming in the kids pool.  We were still opening Christmas presents and unpacked the drum set from Ben and Ashlee.  He loved it!  He even made me play the guitar and Dad play the keyboard to get a little band happening.  Funny...

Hello World

Hi, Im Nat ~ mother of two gorgeous kids and have the best husband in the world :)  I've started Project Life and have just finished Week 3 of Project Life and am LOVING IT!   I've never been a real "scrapbooker" but Project Life makes the process so easy and its nice to see it all come together.  I'm finding it  makes you slow down and take in all the little everyday things and makes you appreciate it so much more.

I'm just waiting on my black binder to arrive so hopefully shouldn't be too much longer :)

On another note, I cannot believe my bubba girl is 5 months already :(  and Maxie will be 3 in 2 months... life goes way too fast.
