With Australia Day fast approaching, I have been getting ready for my Australia Daly Project Life layout.  I love Australia Day as it usually means family, BBQ and more BBQ.  I think I may even attempt a Pavlova this year...

I have decided to take part in the 'This or That Thursday' from the Deb Duty Blog.  Here is this weeks photo :)



 

I love this photo as it's the case of daughter like father.  I often walk past a room and will find B in a room by herself sitting with a book.  She loves book just like her Dad.

Aleida's Challenge

I saw Aleida's Challenge on a friends Blog {Projects of my Life) where you take a photo with yourself and the kids to include in Project Life and it's also something for the kids to look back on as they get older.  I find myself taking so many photos of the kids and Mathew that I forget to get in front of the camera myself.



I love this photo as it was taken on the old vintage rides at Dreamworld just a few days ago.  It was crazy to me to think that this was somewhere my parents had taken me as a child and now I was taking my kids there.  Just a nice thought...

December Daily | 2012

I remember seeing some December Daily's last year and thought I could not wait to do one next year, especially with Maxie getting older and it was well worth the wait.  I really enjoyed the whole journey and even learnt a few techniques along the way.  I ended up buying a cheap sewing machine from Spotlight so I could sew some confetti pockets and screen prints to the pages just for something different   Christmas 2012 was awesome and it was even better seeing Max really get into the Christmas spirit.

Here is my December Daily for 2012 :-
